(June 3, 2010) Congresswoman Shelley Berkley announced recently that southern Nevada will receive $1.5 million to help veterans in need of permanent housing. The federal funding was awarded to the Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority through the Department of Housing and Urban Development and VA Supported Housing Program.
